edge浏览器安装插件提示Download interrupted以及无法翻译究极解决方法

解决方法
修改host文件

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

这里host文件需要修改权限才能修改，

我这里已经为当前账户修改了写入权限，可以按照下面做法进行修改。

建议修改后改回原来的样子，接下来在host文件后面添加

131.253.33.219 edge.microsoft
131.253.33.219 msedgeextensions.sf.tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft

保存退出后win + R 打开cmd 输入 ipconfig /flushdns 刷新DNS。

到这步后可以尝试试试edge能否安装插件或者翻译。
但我试了多次依然是Download interrupted

报错的主要原因是微软的服务器连接不上，这就需要我们修改上述的ip地址。寻遍全网终于找到一个神器UsbEAm Hosts Editor，也是非常感谢这位大佬制作的软件。
下载后的软件如下

打开后选择Microsoft Edge

以Edge扩展无法下载这个问题为例，选择方框的第一个后会自动弹出国内的ip地址，选择延迟最低的手动修改ip即可，右侧提示你修改哪个规则，如当前是微软商店扩展就是msedgeextensions.sf.tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft，翻译也是同样可以解决，具体修改就不多阐述。
